7. Another Visit.

Wow,
It's almost been two years since I last posted here. Then again, I do most of my "blogging" on my tumblr. I don't really want to desert this one 'cause it does have some memories that I can reflect on. Strange just reading the previous entry and thinking how much has transpired over the course of nearly two years. I'm still at the same school, as a senior, but far for graduating. I just changed my degree focuses to a major in Visual and Performing Arts, visual arts concentration and a minor in Arts and Technology. Though I have my regrets of spending my first three years as a Biology major, I would not want to rewrite it over. The time then really was filled with fun, adventure and some development. Biology will always be my favorite academy subject but is not a part of my career path.
I'm now working on my little business. My best bud and I are running a little art group called the Horchata Crew. We mainly want to publish our comic and stories, but for now we sell crafts and art prints. We already have worked at two conventions and several art walks. It surprises me every time we get regulars who stops by our table. I really want this to be a success.
I'm still a cartoonist for my school newspaper, but now I write a comic book beat. I love it so much because I get to make reviews and recommendations concerning my favorite comics. I also was voted in to be this year's president of the Arts Association. I finished the leadership conference and orientation yesterday and so excited in making the year an art-filled one. I'm still with the anime club, but my schedule has been stretching me thin and recruitment is a tough thing to do. I still hold meetings and everything, but it gets a bit weird when it is just my cousin, bud, my sister and me there.

Oh well.
But yeah, this is me now... rather for now.

6. Return to The Abandoned

Hello people who I'm not sure why you're reading this.

I'm going to try and bring back this blog. It's been over a year since I last updated this blog >.> Really sad. Well, let's see how many characters I'll need for this mini-life series.

Let's begin.

Well, first of all, I survived my first year of college. I'm now a sophomore with a declared major in Biology and minor in Psychology. I'm also an intern for my school newspaper. I'm a cartoonist there :D I'm so happy because I finally have something published~! I'll post links later once they're out.
I'm also in charge of my local public library's anime club, though it's almost close to its hiatus. Hopefully I'll get more members once we move to the new library building.

Ugh... I still have so much to type, but I have to go now.

5. What To Do...

Hey guys ^.^

I love dA's new art portfolio. It's so nice and organized. I already added the link to the link list. Speaking of links, I create a blog for the anime club I'm in. I know... I'm a lonely person... but oh well, at least members can be updates now ^.^

So I've been trying to at least have one picture posted a week on dA... Thank God for the creation of the 100 theme challenge! Jose made one and that's the one I'm using. But the thing is that I get bored easily. Though I have many drafts and what-nots, I sometimes cannot think of characters that can fit the theme =.=
My classes are probably draining my energy.

OMG!!! I can't wait for ComicCon and my driving test!!!! I think my dad's finally going to get me a car that I can actually drive! He doesn't want me in debt by living in an apartment, so he's getting me a car ^.^
I'm going back to working on pictures^.^

4. Summer Plans...

Ugh... I forgot to post last month. Oh well.

During this week, I'll be starting my summer college classes. It won't be that bad. It will be like a regular school day to me. At least I didn't have to pay for one of them. I'll be pretty occupied during the rest of my summer. It just stinks that I will have to change some of my plans for ComiCon. Ugh, I wish this year I could cosplay, but life kept my a bit too busy. Don't worry. I'll just save my ideas for next year's ANIME EXPO and ComiCon.
As for my art, I've been trying to post at least one thing a week. Lately, it's been my work that I have "postponed" for about two years. Since I have photoshop, I can make them all prettyful ^.^ My cousin, sister and I have been creating a manga using a funny concept. My cousin started one page and then I make the next. After me, my sister creates the next one and the whole cycle is repeated. The thing is, none of us really know what the story is about, maybe we have an idea, but that what we put on our own pages. The three of us are currently working on two of those stories. One's a strange fantasy and the other's... a shonen-ai. It's just funny how each page has a different art style and how I left to right and they draw right to left. I'm sorry... I'll get better. If I can squeeze some time, I might get back to my drafts, but it's a slim chance.

Wow, I actually typed a lot this time. Well, I'll seeya guys later ^.^

3. A Little Update...

Hello ^.^

It was my birthday on the 18th of May and I have only a few more days of high school!!!

I have a couple of prom pics in my deviantArt account (( I just realized that I've been a deviant for three years ^.^ ))

I have postponed many of my comics 'til mid-June, so I can focus on graduation and college...
I am also going to participate in an art tournament and make some costumes...

2. What's going on in life...

I just picked the actual dress I'll be wearing for Prom. It's so cute... but I'm bulky. I just need to lose a bit of weight before the big night. I'm making sure to walk laps on my hill almost every night and eat a lot less. I have to go now. I'll post a picture later.

I'm glad you're here. I don't really know what I'm doing. I just think this is one of the best places to make a website ^.^ I have a lot of story ideas. Vinny's in the process of editting them. He already sharpened his pencil. I don't want to give out all the information about the stories, but this is what I'll give you:

-Human Boy and Alien Girl romance
-School Life, Supernatural (witches)
-Family Reunion, Old English kingdom (15th century maybe)

Those are the one that are on the pending shelf. I do have drafts of other stories in my deviantArt page. I'll post later when I get the verdict.
